Great for full body workouts, the action of ball slamming can develop power, strength, and endurance. Along with the wonderful punishment this exercise can inflict on our bodies, the balls themselves too take a beating. That’s why we’ve built our slam balls to specifications that can tolerate this abuse. East West Slam balls have a gel like feel to them and are constructed with the most durable surface provided on the market. Weights vary from 5 to 50 kgs, and sizes vary with weight as well.
